Great communication with prompt replies back and nothing was too much trouble. Sally was extremely helpful. She made it completely bespoke for me, exactly what I was after, with the colouration really working well together. The words of the poem are so special. Sending a proof first was a great way to see exactly what you was going to get.
I love this item so much in memory of my darling late Mum. It looks beautiful in my rose standard pot I got for her. Absolutely perfect. Fantastic quality.

Order on Facebook, arrived in time well packed and exactly like picture was .had a problem with hole's not being drilled on slate seny email and got offered a new one or to drill the holes myself,if I did that was offered a replacement if I broke it .so was really impressed with them and would definitely recommend this company and Sally was so helpful 😀
