I recently purchased The Windmill for my dad‘s birthday for his grave when it came it was missing a slate and I tried to contact everyone and I was googling you I tried everything lucky enough it turned off in a post a week later but a week too little too late cause it’s my dad‘s birthday so I had to put it on his grave broken due to thinking you know my sisters previously ordered of you so I thought we wouldn’t have any issues but other than that it was nice the robin that I brought was open so I couldn’t put down the grave I just binned it!!

I truly am sorry about the missing part to your wishing well, we posted this out the day after your wishing well was despatched even we realised that not enough slats were added to your order but should still have arrived within the 14 days delivery specified on our website.
