Hi there. I'm sorry there were issues with your order. All contact details are on our website and in the emails you receieved from us. I truly am sorry about the missing part to your wishing well, we posted this out the day after your wishing well was despatched even we realised that not enough slats were added to your order but should still have arrived within the 14 days delivery specified on our website.
